Obituary of Faustina Brown

Brown, Faustina Peacefully at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital on Saturday, July 27th, 2013. In her 99th year, Faustina Brown (nee Jessome), beloved wife of the late George Brown. Loving mother of Sharon Brown Rebelo (Robert Sanders). Loved “Bumba” of Renee, Jay (Jen) and Shaun (Sarah). Great Bumba of Mason, Jillian, Denis, Shelby, Dezmend and Reece. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Faustina was the proud president of the Catholic Women’s League in Kingston for many years. Predeceased by four sisters Mildred McPherson, Kay McFarland, Evelyn McQueen and Agatha Cadegan. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11am. Memorial donations to the Canadian Institute of the Blind would be appreciated by the family.
