Obituary of Carolyn Smith

Smith, Carolyn May (Carrie) – With a fight until the end with her family by her side lost her battle with cancer on February 27, 2014. She will be deeply missed by her children Clint, Waylon, Jeannie, Tanya, their spouses and all who called her “mom”. Also by her grandchildren, Brian, Cassady, Zachary, Drayden, Jursey, Caleb and Cassandria, Blake and Cassandra and her first great-grand baby on the way. Also by many nieces and nephews. She had many siblings but had a very special bond with Sharon and Terri. She will be remembered with a smile by all her customers at Art’s Restaurant and all who followed. Lastly she will be deeply missed at Universal Collision where she worked for over 25 years. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 10am to 11am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 11am.
