LUCE, Dr. John Thomas ‘Jack’ – Passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu Shaver on May 4, 2022 at the age of 80. Jack will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and co-workers throughout the years. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Patrick J Darte Funeral Chapel.
