Edward (Ted) Steven Nicholls of NOTL passed away on Wednesday Dec 7th, 2022 at the age of

77. Ted died peacefully with family by his side. Ted was born in Uxbridge ON on August 13th,

1945 to father Walter John Henry and mother Margorie Webb. Ted is preceded in death by his

parents, his siblings Ken Nicholls and Arlene Elliott and wife Gail. He is survived by his children

Crystal (Brent) and Jay, his granddaughter Indio and siblings, Nick, Barbara and Sid along with

several nieces and nephews.

Ted was a retiree of Cadbury Beverages where he worked as a millwright. He was also an

Ontario Grape grower and was one of the first in the Niagara Region to harvest by machine in

the late 70’s 80’s and 90’s, custom harvesting for several farms throughout the Niagara Region.

He was an avid outdoorsman, while hunting was one of his favorite past times he was just as

happy to watch his dogs track.

A private family burial will take place on Dec 12th. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to
