COLLINS, Mansfield - Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Friday February 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Caring father of Sharmaine (John), Claudette, Karen (the late Brad), Tammy (Steve), and Steven (Crystal). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
