THORNE, Joan Carol - Passed away peacefully at home on Monday October 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Loving mother of Clinton Thorne (Nancy) and Julie Doig (Michael). Cherished grandmother of Ian (Sarah), Patrick, Shawn (Kyomi), Clinton Jr., and Garrett. She was a much-loved great-grandmother of 15 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Anna May and Ruby. She is predeceased by her husband Eric, her parents, and ten of her siblings. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Online condolences at gcfunerals.ca
