DALGLEISH, Stella Doreen

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stella on December 2, 2023 at the age of 90. Loving wife of the late Stanley Dalgleish (2011). Beloved mother of Holly Fletcher (Jim). Dear Baba of Amanda (James), Elyse (David) and Adam (Amanda). Cherished aunt of Cheryl (Rod). Stella was one of 14 children to Stephen and Alice Medwid. She will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Stella was an avid reader who more often than not could be found outside in her garden, listening to the birds, feeding her squirrels and adopting the neighbourhood cats. Stella was known for creating meals that only a Baba can and she will be truly missed.

Family and friends to gather on Friday December 8, 2023 from 11AM-1PM with a celebration of her life at 1PM at Garden City Funerals & Cremation (formerly Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel) 39 Court Street. Interment will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery
