Obituary of Brian Cairns

It is with sadness that Brian passed away. He is predeceased by his parents, Ivan and Agnes, his brother Michael, his first wife Ainsley and second wife Joan. Brian was passionate about his faith; he was a devoted Roman Catholic. He entered the seminary later on in life; it was a late vocation for him, though he considered it before his first marriage. He then went on to attend to his parents until they passed away. Brian loved animals, cats especially. He also had a love of reading and movies, especially action movies. He enjoyed family and friends, dining out and a good drink of single malt scotch. Brian had friends over the years who were true to their faith and others who were true to their beliefs. He did not judge one based on any particular thing. May he rest in peace in the arms of Jesus and Mary.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Julia Parish in St. Catharines on Saturday, April 12th at 11 a.m.  Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery in Mississauga.
