Sylvia was such lively company-- witty, caring, and with a great interest in others. She had great style and a great sense of fun. We are all so grateful for all that Maureen, Jody, Kara, and the rest of the St Catharines family did for Sylvia. I know that Sylvia is today with her beloved Neil, maybe riding off on Tara and Tex.
Sylvia was the loveliest of ladies. As our Aunt, she cared deeply about each and every one of us, including our spouses and children, always asking about everyone on our phone calls. And I do mean Everyone! I will never forget the time she and Neil flew to Winnipeg (and she hated flying), solely for the purpose of taking our large crew out to dinner. And the love story of Sylvia and Neil is legendary, from the time they met. As a little girl, I still remember their fairytale wedding in Toronto on Boxing Day.
I too would like to thank Maureen, Jody and Kara in St. Catharines for their wonderful daily care and years of dedication for Sylvia.
Alex and I will miss you so much, my lady.
