RILEY, William Owen Passed away on December 3rd, 2021 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Cecilia (Gracie). Father of Joe (Tami), Eddy (Darlene), Debbie, and the late Willy (2021). Grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather to 7. Brother of Jean (Halifax, NS) and Marie (Mexico). William was a friend to everyone and will be greatly missed. Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel (39 Court Street, St. Catharines) has been entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Proof of vaccination and photo ID will be required for all those attending the funeral home.
