POLANCO, Candis Leyla Alexis - Passed away on May 24, 2022 at the age of 31. Cherished daughter of Shelley and Rob Lewis. Dear sister of Isaiah. Loving granddaughter of Doris, the late Andrew, Richard and Leila. Cherished niece of Doug, Cara Lee (Jim), Nancy (Dave), and Sandra. Forever loved cousin of Erik, Victoria, Kahdijah, Mya, and the late Tyler. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family members and many friends. Anyone who knew Candis will never forget her unwavering zest for life. Whether it was through singing and dancing to any music she heard or her ability to light up any room with a smile it was clear to all how much she enjoyed every single day. She will always be a ray of sunshine as our angel and will be in our hearts forever. Cremation has taken place.
