Obituary of Sofia Fedczyszak

Fedczyszak, Sofia Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday March 4, 2018. In her 93rd year, Sofia Fedczyszak (nee Macyszyn), beloved wife of the late Wasyl Fedczyszak (1977). Loving mother of Stefan (Steve) and his wife Kristina. Loving Baba and deeply loved by Alycia (Lesya) and Max (Maksym). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and family in Ukraine and Canada. Predeceased by her son Michael (2009) and by two brothers Ivan and Petro. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St.Catharines (905-685-6584)on Thursday,March 8, 2018 from 5pm to 8pm. Panachyda will be held in the chapel on March 8, 2018 at 5:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at. Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 14 Rolls Avenue, St. Catharines (905-646-1275)on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10am. Officiated by Father Bohdan Choly. Rite of committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
