Obituary of Moishe Pollock

Pollock, Dr. Moishe Passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. In his 77th year, Dr. Moishe Pollock, beloved husband of Janet Pollock (nee Sigal). Loving father of Dr. Jonathan Pollock (Hava),Jason Pollock (Nicole) and Serena (Shawn Beber). Loved Zaidie of Ben (Lindsay), Timothy , Madeleine, Alyssa (Ryan), Jordan, Olivia, Sonni, Nathan and Gabriel. Dear brother of Dr. Jack Pollock (Nina) and Dr. David Pollock (Evelyn). Brother-in-law of Estelle Keshen and Gerald Sigal (Sandra). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Dr. Pollock practised optometry in St. Catharines for forty-nine years. He served as president of Congregation B’nai Israel and was a longtime member of the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club. His family wish to thank St. Catharines General Hospital , Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital, Heatherwood Retirement Residence, Ina Grafton Gage and the many PSW’s for their care and support. A funeral service will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11am. Interment in B’nai Israel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either Congregation B’nai Israel or Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital would be appreciated.
