Obituary of Pasquale Carrelli

Carrelli, Pasquale Passed away peacefully at St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, July 22, 2018 with his loving family by his side. In his 86th year, Pasquale Carrelli, beloved husband of Nicolina Carrelli (nee Passero) for sixty-eight years. Loving father of Clementina Lina (Mario La Fratta), Rita Joanne (Kelly McGrath) Mario (Barbara) and Anthony (Deanna). Adored Nonno of Cristina (Daniel), Sean (Jenn), McKenzie (Cyndi), Brianne (James), late Alexander (2017), Rebecca (Fabian), Matthew, Gabryella, Mark, Marina, Ysabella, Danyella and, Bradley (Aanchal). Dear brother-in-law of Vincenzo (Tina), Gennaro (Ofelia), Vito, Lilia, Maria (Adelio), Tina (Bruno), Ida (Vince), Enrico (Carmelina) and many nieces and nephews. Dear uncle of Clemente Carrelli (Maria Estelle) of Italy. Predeceased by his parents Clementina and Clemente Carrelli, his brother Antonio (Rosina), his parents-in-law Ermelinda and Giovanni Passero, brother-in-law Giuseppe and sister-in-law Vittoria. Pasquale’s passions were gardening, fishing and playing the accordion. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 3pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 169 St. Paul Cres., St. Catharines on Friday, July 27,2018 at 10:30am. Entombment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to either the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or Community Addiction Services of Niagara (905-684-1183) would be appreciated by the family.
