SHEEHAN, Mary “Lenore”

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lenore at the age of 93 on

Thursday January 18, 2024. Loving aunt of the late John Sheehan (2023), Gail Ethier

(Dan), and Greg Sheehan (Suzanne). Predeceased by her parents John Charles

Sheehan & Mary Alice Sheehan (nee Bretherton) and her brothers John Sheehan and

Patrick Sheehan. Survived by sisters in law June Sheehan and Marlene Sheehan. She

will be greatly missed by extended family and friends.

Lenore worked for General Motors for over 30 years, retiring in 1981.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday January 27, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Chapel,

78 Yates St, St. Catharines at 10:30AM with rite of committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.

The family wishes a sincere thank you to all of the staff of Mt. Carmel Retirement home for their

care and compassion provided to their aunt.
