Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Thursday, November 7, 2019. In her 46th year, Tamara Ann Sloat, loving and devoted mother of Spencer and Tavia, beloved daughter of Sharon Anderson and the late Keith Sloat, Loving sister of Wendy (Peter Julien) and Lyle and dear aunt of Tyler and Nicholas. Tamara’s family wishes to thank Hospice Niagara staff for their compassion and care. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 9am until time of Service in the chapel on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either Hospice Niagara or McMaster’s Children Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
