Obituary of Thomas Clifford

Clifford, Thomas Passed away peacefully at his home in St. Catharines on Monday, June 1, 2015. In his 78th year, Thomas James Clifford, beloved husband of Maria Clifford (nee DaSilva). Loving father of Cathy Miner (late Michael), Debbie Montecalvo, Charmaine (Michael Murray), Teresa Clifford, Ben (Kimberly) and Connie (Matthew Ysseldyk).Loved grandfather of twelve grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Alice (late Art), Teresa (Phil), Joyce (David), Patrick (Katherine), Alfie (late Jenny)and Lorraine (Tony). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sons Stephen and Thomas, a granddaughter Sarah, a sister Dorothy and two brothers Ray and John. Visitation will be held at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at the funeral home on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 8pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria, 67 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-3964) on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10:30am. Entombment will be in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Out of the Cold program would be appreciated by the family.
