Obituary of Brian Kevin Egan

Suddenly at home on December 1, 2008 in his 49th year. Predeceased by his father Brian Egan (1998). Survived by his mother Ruth Egan, sisters Trisha (Ed), Susan ( Dave), Mary Anne, Anita (Dan), Janet (Sean) and brother Sean (Andrea). Loving friend of Shelley Prytula, fondly remembered as ‘Uncle Buncle’ to all his nieces & nephews. Brian worked at the Ontario March of Dimes and Community Living, St. Catharines, and the St. Catharines Standard. He coached baseball and had a talent for writing poetry. He was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel (39 Court, St. Catharines 905-685-6584) on Tuesday December 4, 2008 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Star of the Sea Church (34 Elgin Street, St. Catharines) on Friday December 5, 2009 at 11am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario March of Dimes or Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
