Obituary of Randy Smith

Smith, Randy It is with broken hearts and tear stained eyes that we announce the passing of our beloved Randy, age 50. He passed away peacefully on December 19, 2008 at the Toronto General Hospital with family by his side. He was the most adored husband and best friend of his wife Kate Smith (Keegan) and most amazing and loving father of Christopher. Beloved son of Jackie and the late Lloyd Smith (1975). Brother of Stuart Smith (2007). Beloved son-in-law of Judith Keegan (Mosteller). Brother-in-law of Peter Keegan, Timothy Keegan (Paula), Robert Keegan (Erin), Matthew Keegan, Juliann Keegan-Turnbull (John). He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. He will forever be remembered by his many friends and customers. Randy truly was a unique person with infinite kindness, his positive outlook, his thoughtfulness, his humour, his dedication to his family and his love of life. His will to live was truly an inspiration. We will always hold you in our hearts Rand. In accordance of his wishes cremation has taken place. Randy requested that no service take place. The family respectfully requests that there be no flowers or food sent. The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to all of the staff at the Toronto General Hospital, to the nurses of St. Elizabeth Health Care, especially Louise. Also to the many friends and family who have supported us through this journey.
