Obituary of Eileen Tudhope

Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday June 8, 2009.In her 89th year, Eileen Marjorie Tudhope (nee Clarke). Beloved wife and best friend of James Tudhope for over sixty-three years. Loving mother of Gary and his wife Carmel. Loving ‘Nana’ and fondly remembered by James and his wife Kristen, Michael, Ashleigh and Meaghan. Predeceased by her son James Jr. (2001) and by her brother Herbert Clarke (Eunice). Eileen was a cherished friend to many, a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #24 and will be dearly remembered. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Wednesday June 10, 2009 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 10:30am. Interment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fonthill. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Royal Canadian Legion Branch #24 would be appreciated by the family.
