Scott, Parmelia “Lou” ~ Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, January 19, 2011. In her 94th year, Parmelia Marie Scott (nee Boisvert). Beloved wife of the late Matthew Scott. Loving mother of Janice Ellis and Carolyn (Paul Budway). Loved grandmother of Cindy (Pat Corcoran), Lisa (Lorne Udaskin) and Kathy Ellis (Don Boyle). Loving great grandmother of Ellis Plener, Calleigh Plener, Hunter Corcoran and Alexis Boyle. Dear sister of Lily, Rita and the latet Pete Boisvert. Fondly remembered by her sister in law Jean, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Patrick J.
