Obituary of Douglas Swart

Swart, Douglas Passed away with family by his side at Hospice Niagara on Sunday, July 17, 2016. In his 77th year, Douglas Dwight Swart, beloved husband of Sheila Swart (nee Millen) for over fifty-two years. Loved father of Brian (Jackie). Loving Grandpa of Austin and Cody. Dear brother of Barbara (George). Fondly remembered by his niece and nephews. Specially adored by Trixie and Julio. Predeceased by his daughter Paula (2012). Doug was a chartered accountant and had his own practise for many years until he retired. Doug’s family wish to thank the nurses and doctors at Hospice Niagara for their care and support. A private family service has been held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, St. Catharines. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
