Sapieha, Stefania Peacefully at the Chateau Gardens in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Friday, September 9, 2011. In her 90th year, Stefania Sapieha (nee Anisim), loving mother of Lola Sanko and Bogusia (James Hetherington) and the late Helen Jarrett. Loved “Babcha” of Andre (Victoria), Sarah (Dan ), Mark, Deidra (Bryan) and Bobby (Cindy). Great grandmother of Alex, Nicholas, Dustin and Kyle. Predeceased by grandson Oleg Sanko and by her brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 court St., St. Catharines on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 2pm to 3pm . A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 3pm. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to either the Alzheimers Society or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated by the family.
